So yeah he's getting PTSD over the crimes commited to his liver.

Well, of course! He probably doesn't have the funds to afford his fourth liver, and those organs are _not_ cheap. Just _one_ can go upwards of $557,000 bucks, and that's not even taking into consideration that it needs to be tissue-typed and transported from the nearest doner before he goes into shock, as the artificial toxin regulator machines can't keep up with the demands of a human body. MatPat nearly murdered Phil with repeat mentions of the books. Phil almost embalmed himself in hard whiskey.
