Wow, I am pleasantly surprised to see amudha IAS (one of the most vibrant and able officers who worked all across the country and currently back to TN services with TN govt) part of the organizing committee. No wonder the event went smoothly with near-zero problems! And it is very refreshing to see iraianbu IAS (he is regarded as one of the most able and honest IAS officers) is given opportunity to present the medals along with other dignitories. Apart from the actual chess, the meta-chess from organization pov is also very refreshing and provides positive vibes.

I don't comment generally but I know one thing for sure. Win by Nodirbek in round 10 of this Olympiad will haunt him in the future matches yet to come with Gukesh D, not once, not twice, not thrice! Also, a fun observation, if Gukesh's round 10 & round 11 results could be interchanged, India might have won a gold!! Such small things can change the result so drastically!
