Press esc and go into settings then go into assist mode and turn on the gun.

I did let it play the first time , I fought that boss like two times in the video , go take a notice once again . You must be talking about the octopus guy . The second time I skipped it . The first I beat it and then had to load the game cause of a bug so the game made me fight it again . There should be two fights with him .
