Wait but isn't it heavily implied Mukuro has a crush on Makoto? Ah that's so perfect because actual Junko would probably let Mukuro's punishment slide (kinda like how Monokuma was totally chill about Nekomaru taking the blow for Akane in 2). But it still works out for Junko because not only does Mukuro have to grapple with the fact that Junko almost killed her but that the guy she was crushing on died trying to save her. Edit: I know this probably isn't actually what happens but I haven't read Danganronpa IF yet (I know, I know I'm ashamed of myself too)

@@rxsemilktea2981 The animation is based off of a story called “Danganronpa IF” that you unlock after beating Danganronpa 2 It’s about if Makoto remembered all of his memories and nobody dies In the story Mukuro takes Makoto to the nurse’s office and helps him survive, if you don’t believe me look it up
