Wow! looking at this film Leeds appears to be just a road, or an urban motorway. Town planners have a lot to answer for.

yup agreed! Leeds is a traffic choked shit hole, even the buses just clog up boar lane & the headrow to the point where you can barely see anything else! poor vision & civic leadership has buggered this city (DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THOSE GHASTLY STUDENT FLATS THAT ENCASE THE CITY CENTRE LIKE A PLAGUE OF CHROME & PLASTIC BOILS!!!) the pandering to the motor vehicle back in the 70's has done Leeds few favours! the inner ring road/loop for starters must have been created by somebody with a brain wasting disease! the city is overcrowded & too congested . it's just a gentrified place today, which basically means that beneath all the finery is the same old grubby Leeds in all its down at heel splendour!! a 150,000 people living beneath the poverty line says it all & tells you that all this regeneration means fuck all to a lot of people take the students & the exiled southerners out of Leeds & we'd become like Bradford We're halfway there already!!!!
