The problem is even government doesn't believe that this will happen as stated. They are going for a lack of mobility after many of us only have EVs.

In 20 years time poor ole Robert will be sobbing into his gin and clattering his dentures, moaning about all the EVs. We are at the very beginning of the EV uptick. There will be huge improvements in EV charging infrastructure and EV car technology.
