Hello mr. Balke, I have one question. From your equity curves it looks to me like you are trading with a fixed stoploss. I think the best solution is to decrease your stoploss amount with each losing trade and increasing it with each winning trade in a way that you are always risking only X% from your current allowed drawdown. This way - if the strategy is profitable in the long run or at least it provides kinda break even results - this way you should be able to minimize the chance for loosing the FTMO challenge. Hope I explained it clearly :-)) Anyway big fan here, working on my own long term automated strategy right now. The strategy is very profitable(backtested 10 years) but I am not a programmer so it is very very hard for me to implement it in a way so it trades automatically. Thanks for your videos I always learn something useful :)

went through this heartbreak myself, just 3/4 weeks ago. it terms of accuracy of historical data, it goes 'Every Tick Based On Real Ticks' > 'Every Tick' > '1 min ohlc'. you can do your own research as to why. Plenty of experts on the mql5 forums and reddit can explain better. nowadays, just to not give myself high hopes for nothing, i just backtest every EA on 'Every Tick Based On Real Ticks' even though it takes longer and always check the history quality data bar is almost completely green and quality is between 97% to 100%.

Rene, why is the Turnaround Tuesday EA opening a trade every day on your live trading? Am I reading it wrong? Edit: I'm assuming it's showing trades from the other EAs on the same symbol rather than separating them.

FTMO commissions seems very high on currency pairs. What is the average cost of FTMO commission on EURUSD for example?

actually it is not that high. you can just open a free ftmo demo and you can see everything. it is $1.5 per round turn.
