Excellent video that came at the perfect time for me. I'm trying out different things for my first hat, including gradual size reduction half way through knitting. You made me realise that I would have ended up with a curved top on one side only!

I love it also, my estranged still will not let me get my belongings, that is one of them, but he wants his new bed partner, why he is selfish and not allow me to go to our house as it is still in both names and get what is mine. Plus he said it was worth the almost 2 grand we paid for it some 20+ years ago. And his belongings are not worth crap

@MsStormyluv Below someone mentions that they got notified of this, but if you just have my channel url, you can see what I have up. Or logging in as you did will show as well. I like this hat as well and glad that someone was asking about the 4 sections. I try to keep my videos short but sometimes they can be long, just glad to hear that others love it and sure that they will also make like this as well. I hope to have somewhat of a pattern on a page soon.

@RAE5558 I wasn't sure if it was working like it was set up before, glad to hear that it will notify you of that. I did have a good month that I didn't do much with the loss of our 5th dog but also getting our 7th pup, with the time I had for grieving and also some training. This was from someone asking why I did what I did in that hat in my Projects 2 disk, so I decided to show how to have 2 sections and make the hat look different. I sure hope that God does watch over me with doing more.

I have always loved using machines, first the sewing machine, and eventually got my first knitting machine, then the bug got me, I had got different machines over the years, they all do something different from another one. Just a matter of what one wants to use these machines for.

How I can used my machine with out the green card and yellow card or how many inches they are

+Carmen Diaz Thanks to a dear friend, she got me the measurements as I cannot get to my Bond at this moment. The yellow card is 2 inches x 7 7/8 inches and The green card is 2 1/2 inches x 7 7/8 inches. Hope this helps. Berda

I set the machine but went I start went I go back is stop in the middle and won't knit what I can do

+Carmen Diaz If this is the Bond, take the cover off or lift it up, take the key plate out and you can get the carriage back to the start position. You may have to undo what knitting there is there and just start that row again. You may also need to oil or wax the key plates and the needle butts. If you have any silicone spray, then spray the bed behind the needle retainer bars and you can spray the key plates also. If you do not have silicone spray, you can get that at most hardware stores. I purchased some and it had propane as the propellant, so got another one with no propane in it, so check the label before purchasing. Or if you can get the Bond Spray, it is made for those machine or any plastic bed machine. Berda
