I’m so glad I’m not the only one that gives a journal a purpose and then hates having to switch it when the purpose didn’t work out. I have several journals just a few pages in.

I sincerely believe so many of us struggle with journaling in this regard. It was a blockage for me for years. It was shrouded in shame and guilt. Now I am doing much better but I still have to talk myself through the process nearly every time 🤣

Yes! Habit stacking is something I did and then learned the name of after, but now I certainly go about it more intentionally 😊 thanks for watching!

I don’t have any suggestions for planners, because I don’t use them, I take notes on random pieces of paper and when that task is done, I throw it away. That being said, I find very interesting you turning your planner into a more “organized” book, (I’m missing the word in English), I mean, you having a fully organized and even decorated planner. I hope this makes sense... So I would love you to share how you use your planners, because I might be inspired to have one. I’m a super organized and disciplined person (I should be in the army 😂), maybe that’s because I never felt the need of a planner, but I am curious about the way you do yours 💙💜💛🧡❤️💚💗🖤♥️

I think I get what you mean. And personally, it comes from a place of things constantly being in chaos around me. Adhd and bipolar make it difficult to manage life. My memory suffers sometimes due to years of addiction. I am hoping to move into a space of more time management and feeling less out of control constantly. That said, I have two small children and the world is what it is, but I also enjoy pretty planners…and I have two more habits I would like to integrate before years end (an exercise routine and more disciplined about learning to cook). So this will keep me motivated, I hope

I have a weeks but also use a sterling ink common planner. they back pages are undated so that works better for me because sometimes I have a to- do list that will span a couple days. The weeks is great for like I need to do this now and it’s just sitting here open.

That’s perfect! I will definitely look into it. I am also potentially going to start working again, so adding more stuff into the mix will definitely mean I need to be more organized 🥲
