I’m 59 and started menopause at the age of 54 & I’m still going through it. My symptoms are severe hot flashes, it took away my sexual feelings, I have depression, lazy, don’t want to do anything in the house, just to go to work and home. Sometimes I would cry for no reason at all, i’m just miserable and moody. My husband at the time couldn’t handle it even though he knew what the problem was. After visiting my Dr. I was put on medication, I tried several different medications before I could find the right one for my symptoms. I’ve been on medication since then. Dr told me this could go on for another 10-15 years. 😢

It's very exhausting hearing all these negative experiences of females by these so-called men, who are showing themselves for who they really are, lacking integrity and self-respect. Why do they think it's okay to cheat, abuse and disrespect women? They have a choice, if they are not happy in their relationship or with themselves, don't cheat on their partner....be honest and leave. What they do and how they treat others , says much about them and who they are.They need to consider the emotional trauma and pain that they cause some of these women. I sometimes wonder whether they have mothers or sisters/ females relatives. How would they feel if the females in their lives were to be treated....the way they treat the woman in their life? It would be good to hear about some positive relationship experiences, rather than all this negativity all the time. Women make the most of the opportunities that is available to you ,to improve your life, rather than be dependent on these so- called men , who causes nothing but pain

Sir it's not a easy situation with early menopause. Just be supportive, patient and understanding. Exercise does a lot to help with the symptoms and eating healthy. Just compliment her and love her. It's very hard and overwhelming. I literally want to cry listening to this. There is no one specific remedy but she just have to try. Evening primose i heard is good. There are counselors available for women with menopause. Men goes through changes too but it just different comparing to women. We just have to continue to educate ourselves and support each other.

The problem with the prescription medications for menopause one side effect is CANCER. For that reason most BW do not use prescription medication. There are over the counter supplements, but most of them do not work adequately , it takes a while to find the one that is suitable for the individual. A monthly supply of over the counter supplement is a little expensive . They should make sure the supplement includes help for hot flashes and mood disorder. Im almost 60 and have been going thru it since 55. My gyn said it can last for several years. It definitely affects your mood, sex life, and mental state. Sometimes, you may need some medication. I use evening primrose, and it has helped me a little. Some women get very depressed and may need to seek medical help

Do not leave your wife because of that I went through the same thing similar not exactly maybe if you were closer to her like living with her all the times the feelings will be there and it happens to me. My husband was cheating so my feelings was really really gone from him but then again it comes and needs to go. It’s like a mood swing you know at times at flush, you’re so bad is like somebody threw some hot water on you. You know you just have to keep drinking water drinking water, but don’t give up on your wife. It will pass as our age go by. She is perimenopause. Menopause is when you haven't had a period for a full year. Perimenopause has various symptoms and it varies from mild to severe.
