About fan noise.. So far it does everything i need and reasonably quiet yes. There is some fan noise but its a constant buzz compared to the brix where the fan spun up and down constantly. It runs 4k video hdr nicely so all in all a sweet purchase and cheap. For anyone interested ;) ..oh and windows 11 have so far not been a problem. The gfx driver is windows 11 certified.

I have this Mini also, but it have Problems with Linux on the Grafikside of Things, WIN 10 works great also Win 11 , it is really quiet, but I use it as a Mediadevice so it works like a Champ

Thanks for the video! Could this be used as a Streaming NAS Client to one of your TVs? It seems to have a HDMI 2.0b. Couldnt it output HDR, HDR10+ to a TV? I see ASUS uses HDMI 2.0b on a few NAS models. Thanks again!

both i3 cpu seems to be the same on intel website, they just have differenct sockets/packaging. Did you try to reinstall windows 11 from a clean installer, without any modification?

Would love some feedback on noise levels on this thing. Bought a gigabyte brix a while back and i had to get rid of it because of fan noise. Have another mini with passive cooling so might go that route again. Thanks in advance :)

Given that I only had this running for a short time, I don't remember if the fan came on at all. If it did, it was barely noticeable. The Chuwi Larkbox Pro in my other video was much louder than the Bmax. In fact, the Chuwi fan ran a good 50-60% of the time.

Hi Jim. Could you provide me with some information about that B6? What chipset does the wifi module have and is it soldered? (Couldn't see it that clearly on your video.) Also, what chipset does its ethernet have? Thanks.

Both the wifi and LAN are Realtek chipsets. The wifi is not replaceable and is an 8812CE. I can't find anything on the ethernet part.
