Question if I buy a truck and lease to a carrier if I form a LLC but at the end of the year file as a s Corp do I still have to pay myself a weekly check peace

not til such point as you fall under s corp rules. different ways to pay yourself also, does not neccessarily have to be weekly. It's worth a few hundred to sit down with a cpa or tax attorney for some real good planning and advice

Any interest in a 2022 Cascadia 312k miles with electric APU you can run for 10 hours without starting the engine zero issues I just replaced all 4 AGM batteries $1200 and Alternator $1200 as it sat in my yard for almost three months so I replaced all as it was overcharging after sitting so long I was on the fence on what I wanted to do after a decade OTR I was leased to a company that decided to close after 10 years I bought it new May 2021 it is premium version with fold down table just like the Volvo with a freightliner fridge also inverter and microwave $75k is what I’m looking for I’ve seen several for sale $85k to $90k I had done every service suggested and have all records I just replaced the rear brake pads the tires are good I replaced the front pads about a year ago they are good and the front tires are a little over half way and it has a 32 tv mounted over the fridge also the top bunk and passenger seat have never been slept in It has only ran all night once in Texas I haven’t posted it for sale yet but I will soon after I reach to a few first I live in Alabama and have followed you for years I wouldn’t have a problem coming up that way probably not all the way but at least Indianapolis I can’t remember exactly where you are WI somewhere I paid $218k for it after all fiancé charges $170k was the sticker before taxes interest I got it with 42 miles Just throwing it out to the universe as I just decided to sell after these last three months doing my tax amendments Thanks later

My guess is he has code names for his network of companies I learned a long time ago from a very schrewed owner you slice up that company in 4 or 5 mini affiliates for tax reasons and insurance reasons just in case you occur a heavy lawsuit you don’t get completely wiped out but I would say that because he is very cautious & analytical that one of his little subsidararies could be called Educated Logistic services or P.H. ,,,D cartage just a wild guess
