I can totally feel the fear of this lady despite the examiner being so cool. Imagine there was a rude examiner thats what students face majority of times. Because we've never been taught confidence boost up in medical colleges. It starts from that very point that we're not able to face the examiners despite having the knowledge.

I think it becomes easy to recognise after completing housejob......we used to be very confused during our vivas....may be ,she would have said cholelithiasis/cholecystitis,if she wasnt in a viva....

The problem is if the history doesn't match with the diagnosis, you will be asked how did you derive at that conclusion? The patient is giving more or less gastric ulcer history. Gall bladder pathology was diagnosed in the hospital after being admitted with the help of USG. So you would be confused whether you should mention that or not. Best bet is to mention everything.
