Hi I tried sucide by taking 70 dolo 650 one day passed. Had pain full vomits for six hours. With light green. And my stool is in dark green. It is 24 hours now. Ifeels only ruptured throat and body weak because of vomits. Should I be worried now. (Dolo650 -70 tabs)

Few days before I had one case after hernia operation he came to ICU after 20 minutes he complaint chill with fever on that time I injected avil but that time my anaesthetic say need to use Tramadol also what the mechanism of the opioid in fever
