You make it look easy. I'm not a brickie but noticed there are two main techniques, your style where you're working one brick at a time, laying just enough bed for that brick and not buttering, or putting down a run of muck and buttering each brick. Either way I can't do any of them. I seem to smear the bricks and get the muck everywhere - even with a drier mix.
