Combine Majin Ks clear headed and resourceful nature with Majin Ds ability to learn on the fly and temperament. Its likely the two will merge at some point. My theory is that eventually Majin D ill be pushed to the edge or go beserk possibly almost killing Dr. Arinsu, and in an effort for more power for him self he may consume his weaker, older brother Majin Kuu or in an effort to save Dr Arinsu Majin Kuu will sacrifice his individuality to be absorbed by Duu. However just like kid buu absorbing the good natured kais, the new fusion will retain the abilities and temperament of Duu whilist still being loyal to Dr Arinsu and clear headed like MAJIN KUU. The fusion name could be MAJIN DUUKUU

I think I figured out the end of the Duu/Tamagami fight. You know how Goku needed to pass the cup and ball test? I think Duu wins the physical portion but turns out to be far too stupid to pass the intelligence test, same reason Buu didn't get to fight against Universe 6 in the manga.

There's nothing headcanon about it. They straight up tell you that he doesnt know the language because he been on earth too long. That's the answer. Possible way to go: They meet the gang and get in a fight. Goku drops, reveals or by some other means allows the Majins to see him eating the healing one. Duu and Kuu may think it just candy and try to eat the rest. Duu fights Kuu and the fusion bug gets split and eaten that way.

I think Piccolo not being able to speak Namekian was them trying to justify why they had to use Dende during the Freeza Saga. To fix one plot point they accidentally made a plot hole. I just chalk it up to Piccolo not remembering how to speak it fluently. As if he doesn't know in which order verbs and nouns are placed in a sentence and doesn't want to embarrass himself? Majin Duu is also a failure, if you think back to the story of Buu and the Kais he only achieved his fat form after absorbing that huge kai because his original form was the kid buu variation. Fat Buu from Z saga was also a collection of energy from various fighters including Full Power Majin Vegeta SSJ 2 and Goku SSJ 2. So in comparison I think both Kuu and Duu still have some evolving to do.

I'm a puerto rican born in New York city, has parents that speak both English n Spanish, grandparents that only speaks Spanish, im 45 now and yet speak it but barely understand Spanish! I learned English when I was in kindergarten and I would say that you lose speaking skills if you don’t speak your native language for a while. You’re definitely not fluent at speaking but you can still listen and understand what others are saying. Also I think Duu and Kuu will merge to make Duukuu. Let’s not forget get that these guys are going into battle right after being created. They might not know the extent of their powers. Technically as Vegeta was fighting the Kraken to escape, Tamagami 2 attacked him, to me that's 2v1, like a team up between the two to defeat Vegeta. That's why I say it would be a Technicality. They maybe didn't form a formal alliance, but it could be a technicality that perhaps Neva enforces now that he's there and shown to have authority over the Tamagamis. Just a theory.
