One of my first memories of this guy, is watching him throw a whole steak on a fire for like 15 seconds on each side. At which point he said "You guys might wanna look away for this part". He then proceeded to rip it apart ravenously like a starving coyote. Now, he uses a fork and knife while gently wiping his lips with a napkin to ensure his beard stays clean. Huge transformation for sure. I've always known you've had too much talent to be working in the fields that you have. I would just be walking around the farm, down the different trails and find so many interesting things. Carvings, paintings done on slate tiles, and a whole cabin retrofitted from an old camper that would easily put "nicer" campers to shame. This guy is, if nothing else, an inspiration to keep trying and to do what makes you happy. Nobody is perfect, but you've continually inspired me to push for perfection in everything I do. Nothing half-assed. So thank you, I hope you continue to find what makes you happy and achieve that. I'll always be here for the journey, learning and growing with you.

BTW, it is called New York rare... seared with high heat, burnt on the outside, juicy on the inside. Sorta like me.
