7:50 the centering is horrible, but a 5? jeez PSA really hates vintage. 18:22 and yeah it's not all feraligatrs, delta species cards in particular (their foiling) was just really poorly manafactured and TONS of them have print/scan lines on them...whoever graded it still high af though, i could get a 6 or 7 but 2 wtf why send the vintage cards to PSA knowing they never grade vintage fairly and do population control though?

I think pokemon submissions have 2 tears. One is bulk and the other is higher end. Depending on the person grading your cards they can hit you with in uncharged if your card is worth more then the tear you submitted it in.
