I hook up a pentair leaf trap to the vacuum hose then the skimmer. no need for the extra pump or vacuum to waste....
@gillie-monger3394Ай бұрын
ok, but how do you get rid of the dirt particulate rom the walls and pool bottom without it re- mixing into the water? Does the pentair filter it out to waste as well? You'd need to add an extra treatment with flocculant, plus the extra day to filter and settle. You'd just be back to square one minus the leaves.
@krutmasterv4791Ай бұрын
@gillie-monger3394 nah. I put an extra sock/filter sleeve in there that catches sand, dirt etc. Usually a follow up is necessary too.
@gillie-monger3394Ай бұрын
@@krutmasterv4791 So you' re still left with dirt particulate now dissolved in the water which needs flocculating, (is that a word even🤔), to separate/settle followed by another vacuuming. I'm not talking about nitrates, just plain old dirt. 🙂

Is it really better to sanitize the water and remove the solid waste than just replacing the water when it's that far gone?
@ChaitanyaArigeАй бұрын

Yes. It's easy and cheaper than refilling a pool with, (in this case), what looks to be about 70 cubic meters of potable water.

Our pool used to look like that, but we drained it and put new water in and we got the chlorine levels right, and it was clear, clear for the first time in a while Love your channel btw 💜😊 also just curious how much was that job along with the expenses of the supplies you had to use so basically how much did it get for profit?
@dominicg24563 ай бұрын
You didn't need to drain it, that's expensive. You can clear up a pool just by using the right mixture of chemicals. And no, the chemicals aren't harmful to you.

Do you understand how water works? All water is just water. Dirty water is just water with some solids in suspension. If you remove the solids, then you’re left with regular water. Same with the water you drink and bathe in. It once was filthy but was cleaned and is now fresh.
