Why is it that Priests who aren't traditional priests in dioceses that are very pro-Francis anti-Traditionalism are the ones who are declaring Francis an antipope?

During covid, Pope Francis changed the wording of the ancient Our Fathers prayer. For some reason this change never made it to the US. I think this shocking move, that seemed only to effect Italy, did not sit well with many Italians. Plus all his more current imponderable proclamations, have really upset many Italians. That is why so many Italian priests are speaking out.

I think it was the line "and lead us not into temptation..." i can't remember what he changed it to say but he did change the Italian. It seemed very disturbing that there was no pushback.

The definition of "Sedevacantism" you specify really needs these days to be used as a proper noun, capitalized (as I have done) because there are now MORE hypotheses about how the See is vacant than the one specific one you describe. The term, obviously, means "the see is vacant," and that can be the case in circumstances other than the one specific case you mention, so the term needs to be free also to be used as a generic term. The ONE specific set (because it really is a set--there are multiple versions even of pre-Vatican II Sedevacantism) can be capitalized and used as a proper noun, but the lowercase term is still needed as a generic term for any hypothesis involving the See of Peter being vacant. As used in this article and many others, they seem to intend to use the generic term to lump together all people who hypothesize one way or another that the See is vacant, and the "heresy," I suppose, that they attach to that is the idea that the See could be left vacant for an undetermined period of time. Besides that, my understanding of the connection between schism and heresy is that either schism comes out of holding to a heresy that leads one to separate oneself from the Church (i.e. the rejection of the authority of the Bishop of Rome as such) or that separating oneself from the Church leads one into heresy due to being separated from the teaching body established by Christ.

From reading the decrees of Vatican I, it strongly seems to me that all of the historical opinions concerning criticising or denouncing a pope have been superceded and obviated by the documents on papal supremacy. The more carefully I read them, the more intractable and iron-clad they seem. Proclamations of a council with the signature of a reigning pontiff attached cannot be rescinded. I wish someone else would read them and explain to me what possible grounds for papal censure or involuntary deposition there could be, because I simply cannot see them in the light of the conciliar decisions. Two typos corrected.
