I glad you mentioned charging Entry fee. A couple ideas. -Charge entry fee to get in property and see different animals. Entry fee can be used as credit towards food and drinks at any of your restaurants or coffee shop or pet shop so to prevent people coming for absolutely free all the time/ daily. - charge for pellets to feed different animals, ducks, fish, birds etc. - charge for fishing for their own fresh fish. Eg. 1000 for up to 3 fish with limited 6 pieces of bait. Min 1 fish if they catch nothing. I am sure i would have other ideas but these come to mind easily. You do not have to keep all the profits for your own self. You can donate some as you have always before. You need to hire trustworthy staff to manage stores and animals etc. This is just my opinion.
