I appreciate the absurdity of this request, but could you please make a different sound when you hit the mat flat from the high bar? At least for this non-gymnast follower, that "splat" noise is really disturbing. A little too . . . biological? And I join everyone else in saying (notwithstanding my weird sensitivities to certain sounds) these new vlogs are a whole lot of fun.
