another use for your leftover flooring

In this one, I made an entryway catch-all/hold-all cupboard. This is the entryway to my house, and there is this space here, that always collects STUFF! It just looks untidy, and I thought that I can do better than those plastic containers. So this is what I came up with some leftover floorboards:
It has a cubby to hold all these odd things like sanitizer, hand creams, and all that.
A tray to put your letters and posts.
Or can be switched to hold Masks.
A Key drop zone.
And some space for some exotic fake Ikea climbers.
And yes, even a LED downlight to accentuate some art.

Nicely done! Leftover floor boards are a great resource! I just used up my last pieces, so I will have to keep an eye out on coming flea markets. Or perhaps the bargain bin on IKEA or the hardware store...

Haha.. that's a whole lot of places to raid 😜. By the way, I got mine from a friend. He had this leftover ones for over 3 years or so, and wanted space in his garage. Being the only person he knows who does woodworking, he came and dropped it off 😁

How is it those screws dont part the plywood layers? The bowl was a much better idea at the end!

Haha, yes Ben, the letters (pizza leaflets and all that) just keeps growing. The bowl was better idea for collecting stuff. Haha.. By the way, those screws are just ordinary pocket hole screws. 500 pack from screwfix.. no issues. Maybe was just lucky, lol 😆
