The body game is 100% accurate. In my early 30s I got out of shape, eating bad food and not working out. I will say 2 years ago I first got a personal trainer, hit the gym, changed my diet, took jiu jitsu & even took yoga classes. Man now I’m in the best shape in my life. Rom. The body game is for real. Women definitely treat me different. I’m talking about get free coffee, when I do happen to go out, top service from the female bar tenders, free drinks from women. To be honest men with the body game, who are 30+ definitely have the advantage, because I’m seeing a lot of men who aren’t even trying to adjust and get in shape. In this new era, women are choosing and they don’t give a damn about your six figure job if they ain’t attracted to you. They only see those dudes as beta male tricks. Once again. Another gem.

You have alluded to it, but I will just say it: A man must represent the woman's "Arch Type" of masculinity; this affects her Oedipus complex. When you have triggered her Oedipus complex you will "see" her physically regress to a little girl right before your eyes. This is also the power of eye contact. (This also works on men.) The reason height is so big to women is because it creates a perception of strength even if the tall guy isn’t physically strong. It’s all perception and optics. One thing I’ve learned in my 20sum yrs on earth is people treat you how they perceive you. I’ve seen many tall skinny dudes who were weak as shit but because of their physical stature/ size women perceive them to be strong. In other words big size gives women the perception of protection and that’s what turns them on.

I was born playing sports and have a natural athletic body. But during my Early 20$ I stopped working our and was drinking heavily. Gained alot of weight. I made a change and iam in great shape, I even quit weed (makes me lazy) and now I feel like my old self. Able to move. Also I now eat fruits and vegetables if I am STILL hungry at night as opposed to when I would eat high carb foods.
