Appreciate your coverage but a transgender clone trooper is a stupid idea. Out of all the types of characters, a clone trooper, is silly. They are meant to be clones. Of each other. They all think the same. Sure they have personal flairs but their minds are the same mission oriented.

Yeah another type of character could have been a better choice but I like the that they went with a clone trooper. They all have their have their flairs or quirks and I think a transgender clone fits in with that. She can still have the same mission oriented mind. I appreciate you checking out the video Nicole! Except they're not the same. Clone Wars, Rebels and especially The Bad Batch highlight this greatly. Yes the training is the same, so their combat instincts are the same. That's how it works in real world military training too and I can tell you that from personal experience. The entire purpose of squad based combat training is to think like a unit and be cohesive. The clones personalities are not the same. They're the same genetically and they go through the same training to react and respond in certain ways when on military missions. The personalities are absolutely different. The issue here isn't even just a disney problem but a problem across cinema, they simply aren't creating new characters that are likeable, so instead they change established characters. Star Wars has never given us a verified number on the amount of clones actually created but we know for a fact there are over 3 million. So Disney can just use a never ending supply of clone characters to create new stories, which is honestly just lazy writing.

@@SeriouslyStarWars I agree. I'm honestly all for it. All I care about is them creating good stories and good character development. Star Wars isn't dead, it just lacks creative freedom, but there are so many talented young writers and even established writers that would love to create new stories within the Star Wars universe, I just hope Disney gives them the chance to do it and trusts them enough to do it without too much interference from the studio.
