Vicky has been revealed as the owner of the Ace corporation and thus a major Cory stockholder-----a fact she hopes will "persuade" Rachel to convince Jamie to return baby Steven to her. When Rachel refuses to be blackmailed by Vicky, Vicky throws her weight behind Iris. When the board votes in Iris's favor, Rachel is forced to accept the acquisition of Sophisticate with Iris in charge......but not everything goes Mrs. Wheeler's way.
