How to get the mod?

A special death screen/sequence would've been the perfect finishing touch. Like the screen fading to black as the infection takes over the player, with the same sound effects occuring as with the villager (no visual because the player would not be able to see anything). I dunno. It's just missing that last bit of sauce imo.
