The only feasable argument to make for zero to not be even is in the case to redefine the concept of the even parity. So instead of k ->Z => 2*k = x It would be k->Z/ {0} => 2*k = x So either you accept 0 as an even number or redefine the concept of even numbers to not include 0. But ONLY the even definition. Doing this same trick on the odd definition of k -> Z => (2*k) +1 = x would result in 1 not being of the odd parity since : x = 2k + 1 | -1 x -1 = 2k | sub the value into x 1 - 1 = 2k 0 = 2k | divide by 2 0 = k This would not work if we dont include the 0 into the domain of k. TL;DR 0 is an even number. If you do not want to admit that, you'd have to redefine the definition of ONLY the even numbers. If you'd apply the same change to odd numbers, then 1 wouldnt be an odd number as well.

I will concede that Dogma is Alt Path, because *technically* you must clear a floor of Mausoleum (even though this floor lacks a boss and could, on another technicality, not be considered the same mausoleum that appears in the alt path) before you can reach Dogma. Crazy thing about Thing 5 is, from playing along, I got it on the _third question_ Although that's really only because I mentally mixed up Ascent Path for Alt. Path, because Dogma really isn't Alt. Path Yes, you do go on a temporary detour into Mausoleum II, but to just lump the entire Ascent Path as "Alt. Path" because of it would be like saying "I went for a walk outside today" when all you did was go out to get the mail from your mailbox
