Just search Amazon for LED puck light and then peruse all the options for one that is daylight color / 5K-6K range and a decent lumens for whatever you're growing.

It's called Hygrolon. It's a hydrophilic synthetic mesh fabric which wicks and holds water 😎

Are pings okay for ventilation?

Do you mean, can Pings be grown with ventilation? Yes, they adapt relatively well to ventilation, depending on the humidity level of your house. A friend of mine grows them in open air as houseplants, under bright lights.

Hello! Are these Mexican pings? If so, how do you deal with their dormancy period, if at all? Are there any pings that do well in terraria and do not require a dormancy period?

yes they are Mexican. I don't do anything about the dormancy except reduce water slightly. There are Pings which do not require dormancy but I'm not sure which species off the top of my head. Thank you for watching!

Can you throw in some wingless fruit flies as food for them?

Yes, you could. Or any other bugs. Even freeze dried blood worms. I also have used Urea-Free Grow More Orchid fertilizer at 1/4 strength, misted on the plants.
