Can you make some videos how to make builds with no money and local materials? Thanks!

Thanks for the comment and for watching! I wish I could help you out with a video about what you are requesting, but I don't think it would fit the kind of projects that I generally make. I am sure there are some other KZbin channels that make low-cost builds with collected materials. I hope you find what your'e looking for! Thanks again

Hi, did you preserve the wood of the branch? Wonder how it lasts as I’d love to make similar. But it’s really wet here. Anyway that was really nice to watch, thanks.
@AnotherWorldTerraria
@AnotherWorldTerraria Жыл бұрын
No preservation on the wood. Most of the wood isn't super wet all the time (it dries out a bit between waterings). Of course all wood will eventually rot, so no design is forever. Thanks for watching!

Really stunning! I love your plugging in the moss. I also am very interested in any artistic/composition discussions - being an artist (2D) as well. I think I’ll get a lot out of your 3D designs to carry over to 2D art. Totally agree about removing the first plant and replacing it. Great tips, too.

Thank you! One of my other passions is photography, and I used to do nature photography (macro, wildlife). I am able to bring some of the compositional and artistic techniques over to this 3D hobby, as well as my own "style"

Humidity is always a problem with setups like this for me. I dont like to pray the layout 3 times a day. Im getting lazy, the plants suffer and the result isnt satisfying enough :/ What Level of humidity would you suggest if you wanna grow moss in a tray like this? The Moss on top of the wood gets humidity only by air/spraying right? :D Thx for the Vid bro!

Growing tank. I got it :P
@AnotherWorldTerraria
@AnotherWorldTerraria 3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching and commenting. I don't measure the humidity level in the tank but it's probably around 80-85% RH. The moss on the wood gets wet from misting by hand and also the wood is slightly moist from being in the substrate that is wet.

I think you should add some pink fittonia, it really adds a pop of color, it will also help destroy the sense of scale when used improperly (Which it usually is). It is also really good for taking away all the focus from the hardscape, and using it to completely fill up the terrarium it was planted in really helps elevate the terrariums look. Forget sense of scale, rule of thirds, color theory, and textures. Just use fittonia! JK Lol. But if it is used in a large enough setup, in my opinion it looks quite nice.

How long will this last, does it have a life span? Will it break down naturally all together, or will new growth continually replace?
@AnotherWorldTerraria
@AnotherWorldTerraria 3 жыл бұрын
Assuming I take care of it and water it, It will last as long as the wood stump does before rotting.

Have you found that all Fluval stratum sprouts moss naturally? Or just that batch that you happen to use? I’m very curious

Thank you. I am not sure if it always comes from the Fluval or not. I have had it appear in many bins and containers with the Fluval over the years. There's also a possibility the moss spores may be coming in with some of the plants. Either way, I'd give it a try and see what happens! Thanks for watching
