The current version should not have a gasket at the bottom and there should be a cover for the water tank. When you ordered your oven? I ordered on August 31, there will be a courier tomorrow.

Unfortunately, we do not have a control over which stock is available and will be sent out" how on earth do they not have control over their own products distribution, and why are they happy that previous models are being sent out, knowing there is a newer revision.

sorry "bottom is the same" do you mean it looks like the rubber is the same. where as before somebody commented that the bottom section had been removed?

@@mathewlisett I have the new water tank with the cover , but i don't know if the oven itself its the new model , because the inside of the oven looks the same as yours does in this video, don't know which is the gasket at the bottom and how the new model oven should look or see the difference between them. thanks

@@tiberiubivol from my experience, it seems this is a revision. so whilst it looks 95% the same in regards th the so called cover on the plastic tank, the revision it seems relates to the fixes . such as the wifi actually working, the touch screen not being insanely fast to operate. i have noticed however , what ever gasket on the bottom that they supposedly replaced or removed. it didnt help with the steam leaking.

hi, thanks for the question. what im going to do is try out my new thermal camera to show you a visual of what happens so instead of being saying yes or know, you can visually see it. so whilst i get that video done, is there anything else you would like to know. as im going to do the this on this revision model i have, and then the one they send that should be the one i was sent at the start

The insulation is very good. It takes a LONG time to cool down after cooking. On 240v the oven heats up extremely fast.

@@mathewlisett It's the original water tank and has the gasket. Did not see the other chaps comment. They send me the new tank when mine started cracking. Don't let them just send you the replacement tank kit. They seem to have good support.

@@jamesbell5793 oddly youtube seems to be not telling me i have new replies ie yours. yeah looked at their site and it became obvious they tried to shaft me as the image on their site shows a different tank visual. and if it wasnt for the above chap mentioning it first and then you confirming the issue, i would be stuck with an old version. i dont know if you have read the above conversation, but ive given quotes stated by the company support.

@@mathewlisett have had the same problem with replies with youtube. Ridiculous that they can't send you a new model. They should send you the tank cover if they're sending you the old one, depending of course if you decide to keep the replacement they send you and it's still an old version. If you do keep it, I'd make them send you the replacement tank. You don't want it to crack and then have to wait the the new tank and won't be able to use the oven. Took a month to get my replacement tank.

thanks for that really insightful review of my initial review. it would be hugely beneficial if you had stated WHY you have come to that conclusion however, otherwise as of right now you just sound unintelligent

@@mathewlisett You can use the oven without the app. Also, you mention 'initial review'. Did you do subsequent reviews of this oven?

@@mathewlisett To elaborate on why I came to the conclusion that you didn't read the manual, at 14:10 you point to the 'timer/target temperature' button and you literally say "I don't know what that is", while that is perfectly well explained in the user manual.

@@PaulaBean yep, i have filmed my entire experience. sadly however due to my spine injury and other stress in my life, ive been unable to edit and upload in the timely manner i wanted. i am aiming to get it uploaded in the next month.

@@PaulaBean thats because im giving a literally first impression as im experiencing it there and then. i have this belief that any product should be simple to understand and shouldn't really need a manual. again, this was an initial review, so self errors are expected. it should also be expected, that some buyers are not great at reading, such as myself who is dyslexic. so this is part as to why i dont rely on the manual as some manuals are also not very well put together.
