Great video Andrew. This is a fine looking resort which seems to have built for that East Coast buyer. They did a terrific job of getting it right. As a West coast guy our place at MCC in Indio still looks good. Happy New Year and thanks for year, it has been fun seeing the industry through you.

I really enjoy MCC as well. MCC is definitely my favorite on the West Coast. The only thing they are missing is the Coach covers. That sunshine is hard on these coaches.

So glad that he left that land with the large oak trees on it, that big oak that he walked under is much older than 100 years old. It's more on the lines of 150 to 175 years old. And with the laws in Florida pertaining to old live oaks, I'm not sure he could have legally cut them down. There was one in the way of a new road the county I live in made plans to build, and they fought for like 2 years to get the right to cut it down and they lost. But then we had a hurricane hit the county and it caused that big oak to split in half, and they ended up getting the right to cut it down, but it still took a couple of days in the courts to get the right to cut it down. lol.

With those prices it’s no wonder they still have many lots still for sale. Granted paying 850k when you own a 2million dollar coach is relative. For myself I would rather pay to lease in various high end resorts rather than be locked into one location. With the monthly rent in rv resorts between $2,500-$3,500 a month that purchase of $850k with fees and hoa will pay for rental costs for 20 plus years. I’m sure he has a fortune tied up in purchase price and infrastructure.

First off. Not a criticism. Just wondering. What's the point of having a mack daddy motorcoach if you are going to stay in a house? Help me understand the rationale behind having one of these lots outside of being able to have guests come stay. I understand the Montana resort. I don't get this one.
@RVingwithAndrewSteele3 жыл бұрын
It's set up for guests or grandchildren to be able to stay. Also, with the clubhouse, they have frequent parties. It is more of a lifestyle resort.
@andreatuckman10843 жыл бұрын
It will cost you almost a million dollars for your grandchildren to visit though
@spatzfam20013 жыл бұрын
Totally agree. With the amount of money for a coach plus the cost of the resort you could travel and stay anywhere for a lot less with just as much if not more luxury.

I don’t see the need for an entire house on an RV site. I can understand a nice outdoor veranda, with a built in grille, sink and bar fridge. But why spend all that money on a $600k-$1mil Coach and then sty in a small house when you get to your destination? Otherwise I love the resort and the prices are very good for what you get!

Why does someone who stays in an RV need a Coach House or Casita? I can see the desire for the cantilever awning and private pool. But, the RV is made to live in. So another bedroom, kitchen and bathroom aren’t necessary.
