Great idea to contrast the flooring that Kyle put in a very similar coach shows what a huge difference a few upgrades will make. You keep upping your game Andrew. 👍🏼

That steering wheel. I kept thinking it came off of a jeep from M*A*S*H, and the dash buttons and controls looked like they were out of the De Loreon from Back to the Future. Then when Andrew turned around I thought, bring on the Show Girls, wow. Its alot to take in, but seriously, what a beautiful piece of Road Glam. This rig would be great for a country western star. Thanks for the tour, this bus is awesome !

What an awesome bus! Like you said just a bit of upgrading in a few areas and this bus would have it all. Love the north/south bed in non slide coaches with all the big windows and plenty of room at the foot of the bed. Thanks for the exterior tour, love to see that big Detroit in the back!

I'm pretty sure their using laminate on the cabinets that your saying are automotive paint they have been using laminate before 2000 it's a beautiful coach at a great price just a few upgrades and you've got a real winner there. Thanks for sharing
@thomash6814 жыл бұрын
Agree on not changing the floors... unless there’s a wear problem... This coach doesn’t look like a 2000. The automotive finished cabinets and nickel hardware are timeless. Thanks for posting. The only way I’ll ever be in a Prevost is buying a nice used coach, like this one. I’m partial to liberty - and we’re fairly close (southern Wisconsin) to their Chicago area facility.

I just do not understand why rv manufactures stopped making non slide coaches. With the industry in decline you would think they would find ways to cut cost and improve reliability. Not to mention all the storage you lose due to the slide mechanism.

Thank you very much, Andrew, for sharing this coach with us! It really is a looker. Though I normally like the space of rigs with slideouts, this one is awesome as a non slide. I agree....your buddy, Kyle, could probably do just a couple of tasks and make this rig awesome (it already is fabulous).

I would never want wood flooring in the kitchen area-but that’s just me. I love the dark grey tile and if there’s heated floors, it will conduct heat quicker. Also, mention if there is ventilation over the cook tops. I find it odd that a lot of class A’s don’t have them but while at the RV show in February a lot of the class C’s had a stove vent. With moisture being a problem and a small space for cooking smell to linger I would think a vent would be a must.

The way the walls in the head looked, being the same tile as the rest of the coach, I'm betting they could be buffed out to look much better. That marble look just ties in with the rest of the coach so well I don't think I'd change it. The only thing I might change would be the sink in the bedroom by making it mirror the other side. Not for a makeup station but for the other purpose a little nook like that could serve, a work station. This is the first no slide coach I've really liked that you've shown, I don't why but it doesn't feel cramped like the others...

Hi Andrew!! I hope you are doing well!! Crazy times. I am thinking about trading in my 2018 Tiffin RED for a used Prevost, similar to this one. How would you go about that? Do you still have your Tiffin? Love all of your video’s. Keep up the great work. By the way, right now we are at Lake Toxaway, NC. Really nice place. We are staying at Mountain Falls. You would like it here!!
@RVingwithAndrewSteele4 жыл бұрын
Nice! I have seen photos of it and hope to visit there someday. You can always call Steve with Arizona luxury coach and ask him if you would be able to trade that Tiffin in. I know Transwest in Denver is set up to take trade-ins like that but you definitely take a beating when trading in a coach. Depending on the state you're in, sometimes you could have sales tax savings by trading in. If you have the patience, now is a really good time to sell your RV. feel free to shoot me a message if you want me to get you numbers on any specific coach. You've treated me very well in the past I'm more than happy to help you out.

This coach was a lot of money back in the year 2000. It’s definitely worth 170,000 right now I would do minimal touchups and go over the engine afterwards.Also I think that the word KARTIER is a play on word since it’s not CARTIER certified..and could open up for a law suit..
@johnb472014 жыл бұрын
Andrew After watching your videos now for a long time. I think a lot of us are torn on what the best choice moving forward is. You go to the forums for some of the new non Prevost coaches. And people have so many problems. I know you stated with any RV there is going to be a shake out period. But some of these people wind up with pages and pages of issues. A few have gone so far as to get a attorney and return coach for full refund. We have seen the problems and expense you have incurred on your rig. You have shown issues people have had with new coaches. A video on the plus and minus of buying a pre owned Prevost. Versus a new class A diesel pusher in the same price range. I know Prevost's are not without problems. Delamination the bus air ac coils rotting etc. . But a comparison between a zeroed out older Prevost, and a new class A diesel pusher in the same price range. Would really be a great service to community. Keep up the great work

Not my cup of tea, but nice if you want to go retro. By the way, I would say being a finish carpenter for over 40 yrs that that finish on the cabinets is laminate, not automotive paint. The reason I say that is, if you look at the edge of the doors there is a dark line. Typically the phenolic back side of the laminate shows once routed and filed. Could be paint, but I would say laminate. It holds up and is more durable than paint back in 2000. A bit outdated for me, a bit gaudy for me.
@GTAYLOR19724 жыл бұрын
Hi Andrew at first I was going to say you spelled it wrong but too my surprise when you did the shot of the door where the name was it indeed says Kartier, Which the jeweler is Cartier, I am wondering if they are skating around any problems with copyright? But really I am kind of wondering how they got away with it because it is super close in spelling. But anyway beautiful coach.

@docbrady63973 жыл бұрын
I have owned three of them and that includes a liberty. None of the old body style is worth more than 100 grand. The ones with the 8v92 motor which is prior to 94-95, NO ONE works on anymore, they smoke so bad people will pass you giving you the finger and they’re so slow a person jogging will pass you, so they are pretty much worth nothing. If you don’t know these vehicles do NOT buy one they are VERY expensive to own and to maintain and the only good place to get them fixed is in Nashville, TN and that’s a fact. The Average repair bill runs over $8000 and it’s probably quite a bit more now. The new body style you don’t want, the ones without the rivets because the sides become delaminated and it’s very expensive to fix like 40 to 60 grand. They are really nice vehicles and I’m glad I owned them but unless you’re able to fix them yourself stay away from them !
