Welcome to a new video and join us on a breathtaking journey along the amazing Anse Major Trail, located in the beautiful Seychelles! The trail starts at the bus terminal at the beach in Bel Ombre and we set off on an unforgettable hike. Whether you are an avid hiker or just a nature lover, the Anse Major Trail offers something for everyone. Put on your hiking boots, grab your camera and let’s explore this hidden gem together! The Anse Major Trail takes us through lush greenery up into the hills where nature reveals its true beauty.
As we set off along the trail, you will be captivated by the huge boulders that cover the landscape, creating a unique and picturesque setting. The flora and fauna along the way is simply amazing, featuring vibrant flowers and the intriguing presence of vanilla plants. Keep your eyes peeled for some incredible wildlife - we encountered a giant bat - it was a fruit bat. We also encountered some large palm spiders, which are fortunately harmless to humans! The highlight of our hike is the stunning view of the Indian Ocean and the beach, which is framed by photogenic rocks. These places are a joy to explore as they make for perfect photo opportunities. The Anse Major Trail is a great place to relax, where you will also occasionally meet cheerful and friendly hikers who enhance this incredible experience.
