I've watched quite a few videos featuring Ansonia Clocks. I can't believe the amount of folk having the clocks ticking unevenly

I am from India, we too have ansonia ginger bread wall clock, King of bikaner, rajasthan, india gifted this to my grandpa in around 1980s,my doubt is that how to know in which year it was manufactured?

If it says Ansonia Connecticut on the face it’s 1851-1878. If it’s says New York it’s after 1878. This one was made in the 1880s or 1890s.

On face it is written as THE ANSONIA CLOCK CO MANUFACTURES. U.S.A
