It is a blessing to have great technology, so we can hear a true dedicated disciple apostle of Christ over and over if we desire. Elder Maxwell, he is truly missed by those who listens to his words of the teaching of Our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ. Elder Maxwell left us with a little tiny bit of his great knowledge and teachings, and then took the rest of his knowledge with him when he passed Beyond the Veil. I believe Elder of Maxwell was held back in this important time of the world history and Technology, that his words would be spread to Every Nation in the world. The same with our Prophet president Nelson and the 12 apostles. Thank the Lord we had Joseph Smith that endured to the end of his calling! So we could enjoy all of the writings of Christ. But most of all, I thank the Lord Jesus Christ for enduring to The Bitter End for each of us, even on the cross!

This is a lovely talk and still so relevant! I love the wonderful feature being implemented the last few years (of putting up throwback General Conference speeches on KZbin). I think if the descriptions were SEO optimized, you could reach more people seeking inspiration on the different subjects these talks cover, even those not necessarily members of the Church.

Jesus is our Saviour. I am a prodigal. God lives and He loves us, and He is wise and full of grace, truth, and mercy. Come unto the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and be saved. He is like a kind a loving Father, yet He is Mighty and the God of the whole earth. He is merciful and gracious to those that fear Him, and is kind forever. He strikes the wicked with awful fear that they might repent and escape the grasp of that awful, awful monster of the devil, death, and hell. Jesus is our Lord and Saviour, and was crucified for our transgression. Our Father wants us to come home, but He will not force us. He is patient, kind, and long-suffering, but we cannot procrastinate the day of our repentance until it is too late. Yea, His arm of mercy is extended all the day long, and He is Mighty to save.
