Really nice ATC episode. Also, if they are planning to release 4.0 during citcon...What would happen if 3.24 releases by the end of August and they only have a month to test 4.0? Do you think that they will rush it through all waves before October? Or just release it without testing it?...Which would be...A peculiar decision

As far as reputation and commendation are concerned, there should be a "citizen file" that represents your hard work and helps players know where their strengths lie.

I'd also like to see ship modules rewarded with the theme of what you are allied with. Another good "I was there" reward that may or may not feature some degree of functionality.
