I can't imagine ever finding myself in a situation where I would want to send hate to you and cigars daily! You're such a genuine and nice guy and your channel is not only wholesome but very helpful and informative. You actually read the comments and treat everyone with respect. On top of all of that cigars daily is a great company, you never advertise falsely, your shipping is super fast, your selection is great, customer service seems to be spot on. I have nothing but good things to say!

As a fellow retailer, I can commiserate about haters being distrustful simply because you are the seller. Don't they get that it's our job to bring something to the market that has VALUE. If we screw people over with bad advise or inappropriate products, it will get back to us and we'll go out of business. People always carp about the profit motive: "all you want is to profit off me, so how can I trust you?" Well, the promise of profit only works if I do right by my customers. The threat of losses keeps me in line! This is how markets work!

Tim and Dustin, I stopped into the shop last week with my wife because I watched your videos. I didn't think you were yelling, I just thought you drink an abundance of coffee! I bought a few sticks for my wife (and a few for myself) who has never smoked before. Last night she tried her first cigar (thanks to Elvie for the recommendation) and I thought she would smoke 1/3 to a 1/2 and pick it up another time. She smoked it to the nub and said she really enjoyed it. She did pick up my añejo tequila and said it was even my flavorful. (Macanudo Expresso with cream was the stick) It was a pleasure to meet you, Elvie, and Dustin! I will see you again when I need to restock my humidors. I totally agree with you Tim, as someone who’s still in the learning phase with cigars it’s so helpful to get those things that may be “obvious” to long time consumers explained. Regarding the comment about talking like we're preschoolers, I posted an open letter to Tim in the CDN Facebook group about how I appreciated that he used language that beginners can understand and introduce new vocabulary in the process. I've learned a lot of what I know from this channel and sometimes I go back to the beginner videos for a refresher because I still pick up new information from them. Even if I think I already know about the topic sometimes there's a detail that I miss or another aspect I now understand better that makes something in the video click in a way it didn't before.

I really enjoy Tim's reviews, his enthusiasm and his energy in his videos. Ok maybe Knut Sandersen prefers a "much more relaxed and comfortable" person to listen to but at the end of the day if Tim did it like that he would just be the same so it's good to be different and come with an exciting energy to your videos. The one thing I find funny about haters is they took time out of their day to watch Tim's videos, get made, think about commenting and then spending their time coming up with a hateful comment (which is hilarious). i think the old expression "there's no such thing as BAD publicity" comes to mind here and the haters are helping contribute to the publicity of Cigars Daily :D Tim keep up the great work pal, loving your reviews, Loving your advice and Loving your work. Disagree with the idea that a retailer is going to give advise to maximize profit . The owner of the shop I went to when I first started out asked me right away what I was comfortable spending and always tried to work within my budget . He took the time to gradually take me from the mildest Connecticut smokes to punch ya in the gut , sit ya on your butt powerhouse cigars . Retailers will usually treat you right because they want you to come back , repeat customers keep em in business . Just my thoughts on the matter . Really enjoy the channel 👍👍
