You mentioned price will be 22-24K in next four years on noida expressway....But projects like Max estate, CRC casblanca, Gulshan Boomreng etc etc in Sector 128 are planning to book their flats @ 22 to 24K now......would that mean these projects will not appreciate at all in next 4 to 5 years?

The projects u mentioned are ultra luxury , noida lacks these kinds of flats , their demand will be sky high they will command 40k per sq ft easily

Prestige सिद्धार्थ विहार के नजदीक वसुंधरा विशाली इंद्रापुरम है इसमें बिल्डर फ्लोर, और फ्लैट्स बने हुए है वहा आपको अच्छी कोठी बना कर रहने में मज़ा नही आता। किंतु वहा रेट आसमान छू रहे है लगभग 1.5 लाख रुपए गज है। Prestige अगर 2 लाख रुपए गज बेचता है तो कोई बड़ी बात नही होगी। किंतु थोड़ा सा आगे जाने पर क्रॉसिंग रेब्लिक में 1 लाख रुपए गज, थोड़ा और आगे जाने पर wave City है जोकि prestige की टक्कर का बिल्डर है वहा आज 70 हजार से 1.2 लाख रुपए गज प्लॉट मिल जाता है। इसलिए prestige के लिए चैलेंज रहेगा। अगर कोई दिल्ली के नजदीक प्लॉट चाहता है तो उसके लिए prestige अच्छी option रहेगा वरना wave City भी अच्छी option है।

@@SecretStrategist right... Whole dump of heavy machinery and waste of industries of Noida and delhi and ghaziabad factories are done in Yamuna and Hindon. These rivers are adjacent to Sector 150. Toxic fumes evaporate when the sun is there and reduces the overall life of electronic appliances. I am not a health expert but it will have some adverse effects on human health also
