The vision is great. Traffic needs to be regulated. Roads need to be maintained well to take the load of fast moving traffic 1Dangerous accidents take place everyday. Please regulate traffic. The U turns and wrong turns are causing chaos. Proper signboards, turn off arrows are required. No one can walk on these roads. It is too dangerous. 2 Please plant more trees urgently. There is too much heat, dust, noise because of lack of trees. More than 20K flats means almost 40K airconditioners. To absorb all that carbon you need at least a 1000 trees for every tower. Shrubs and grass is not enough. Every vacant patch has to have carbon absorbing trees like Neem. 3. The quality of material used in the flats needs improvement. The plumbing and electrification design engineers have made mistakes. That has caused short circuiting, fires, leakages, seepag. 4. Water supply, source, storage and tanks require better cleaning, purifying, disinfecting. 5 Longevity of a flat and standard of living will improve only if these improvements are made. Most flat owners who invested there don't live there but rent it out at very high rates but quality of life is not as good as cost of living.

Still noida is the most unsafe place in north India…noida emerged as a cheap residential housing market whereas Delhi and gurugram emerged an expensive housing market that’s why celebs prefer living in Delhi and gurugram…noida might be a good place for lower and middle class but not for upper middle class and rich class…no sane rich person would prefer shifting to noida…in the end gentry matters and btw the water quality is very bad in noida that you’ll get bald if you don’t use a water filter

Sir, Plz visit at my place at Gaur Siddhartham, I will show you what kind of facilities and infrastructure you provided to people here. No maintenance teams, no ethics, false promises, cheap material and list goes on. Dont go for Gaurs anyone save your money and health

Though the houses here are good with all the facilities and amenities of the park, temple and stadium etc.. , in my personal and honest opinion I would not like to reside here now. Because of the number of units (25,000 to 30, 000 houses), it has become extremely crowded and highly commercialized with a view of a shop or a shopping complex in whichever direction you turn your head, with any shop just a stone's throw away. There is massive traffic jam during peak hours and traffic moves at a snails pace the moment you exit from your Avenue in your vehicle, and reaching the Char Moorti chowk or Gaur City Mall which is just 1.25 km from Gaur City 1 might take more than 30 minutes. I recently shifted from this city after living here for 5 years. I would not prefer to reside in a city as massive as this, but in a society with just a few hundred houses or even less.
