I enjoyed hearing how you arrived at your decision to get into FT RVing. My wife and I don't RV full-time but go for several weeks at a time. We love the lifestyle too, and retired early to enjoy it. We relate to a lot of your attitudes and ideals. Good for you for having achieved what you wanted to do on your terms.

Great video girls!!! I wish I had been as smart as you two, three when I was your age. I too loved camping, traveling but just kept putting it off, letting things get in the way. I just decided now that I am 70 that I am selling the house, getting completely out of debt and hitting the road. I can't and don't have the time to keep putting it off, so you have inspired me to stay the course and get it done!!! Thanks!!! BTW, like ya'll I enjoy my own cooking and eating good healthy food so much I don't go out to eat much either, so I understand what you are saying about eating at home. I hope we can catch up to each other in the New year. Have a great Thanksgiving and stay healthy, warm and enjoying yourself!!!

Great Q/A....Love getting to know you guys better....can totally relate on so many levels...I pulled a travel trailer in my 30s and 40s...taking the kids camping...and yes, anyone can do it, if you want to bad enough...well, except, my late husband. We had a little pop up as our first camper, and he could pull it but could not back it up to save his life..lol. I remember one time, he had it all the way in our neighbors yard trying to park it after we got back from a trip....so when we got to a camping spot, we would trade seats andI would back it in..😂😂....Didn’t bother him a bit..lol. I love getting to know you through your channel, but bummed I don’t know you in person...You are my kind of people....I also loved what you said about not putting labels on people...wish more people thought like that...just be who you want to be, and do what you love to do...whatever that may be. Keep posting your vids....it’s nice to see smart independent, adventurous women on youtube. My pacemaker, and your channel is given me new hope that I will be back out doing my own adventures again...hopefully my first this spring..😊

This is a great video for all who are contemplating the RV life. Wish it was me but those days are over. You are so down to earth and honest about your lives. We live simply also but it's in a condo. I was right about you being in the medical field and Nettie being a teacher. I think Lynn is in teaching also. You inspired me to get to the Y and it's been 3 months now and I am much more limber and can now balance on one foot (both of them) which I couldn't do before. Thanks for the inspiration. You have a very interesting, full life. Happy travels and can't wait to hear the A.T. q&a's. Take care, be safe.

I am nervous yet excited! I am making an offer on an rv tomorrow. After living rather minimally while deployed and spending a lot of time camping and bike packing, I am making the plunge into rv living. My mom lives in my house in Florida and I still have about six years left in the Navy, so I can make this lifestyle possible. I just can’t do the apartment or housemate thing anymore! Glad to see you all adventuring in so many ways. Happy to have found your channel!

My dream for years was to hit the road and travel, see the world. I am(was a RN with a multiple state license). 3 yrs ago unfortunately that dream was crushed, I suffered a TBI after a failed medical procedure and my life changed. Took a full year of physical therapy to walk again and even now it’s very limited. I lost my ability to drive (hence end of dream) I love to watch KZbin videos of hiking and outdoors adventures as this allows me to feel like I’m still involved. Do you think there is anyway I could find a way to still accomplish this dream? My daughter found a dream home, surrounded by trees and kinda like being in a forest, tucked away. I get outside every day just to ‘be outside ‘ thank you so much for sharing your adventures, I even sometimes get leg cramps after watching some of your hikes 😂 grew up a camping outdoor kinda gal and now my two children (young adults) find that hiking and exploring is their favorite place to unplug and find peace. In the beginning I often heard ‘this is boring’ stuck with it and they too now have learned to enjoy adventures 🙌

Fun Q & A, you enjoy many of the same things I do! It's refreshing to know there are other's out there who want to continue enjoying an active life well into your retirement years. I have done 38 state Highpoints, including Britton Hill in Florida. It was quite a climb, LOL. Have not been to Dry Tortugas but plan to, as part of a south Florida dive trip. Have you been to Glacier NP? My favorite so far but have not made to any of the California parks yet. My daughter and I are planning a month long excursion when she graduates college in a couple of years that will allow us to explore the 5 remaining continental states that we have not yet visited. We are very excited to have the Giant Redwoods on our visit list! Looking forward to your AT Q & A!

@@wanderwomenkristyannette5021 We traveled with the kids their whole time growing up. I always said they were getting experiences instead of "things". It was my daughter's idea to take one last big trip which makes my heart happy! Question for your AT Q & A; Did you consider a flip flop and do you think a flip flop would take away from the experience of hitting milestones, especially the big finish at Katahdin? - Julie

Am enjoying all your videos. Kudos to your choosing your traveling lifestyle. Life is sweet! ~~~ Would you give a tour of the toy trailer part? I am curious how one small area can be a section for bikes, backpacks, and yet houses guests in bunkbeds.

Thank you so much for sharing this information. I was taking notes and relaying info to my hesitant husband. If I tell him he can put his drum set in a toy trailer, maybe I can talk him into my RV dream. (I think we'd have to find some remote locations to set up if he's going to be drumming though. Probably wouldn't be a big hit in the campgrounds!) :-)
