When I first started my period I was at summer camp and the nurse lady said that I was too young to wear tampons (I was like 11) just want to let anyone that’s ever heard that before that’s a load of crap tampons don’t have an age limit just use them when ever you feel comfortable. Once you start wearing tampons you will feel so much more confident during those days, you don’t have to worry about if your pad is showing it doesn’t feel like a gross wet diaper and it doesn’t smell as bed
