Bonus Question 6 months later: RV Park - Would you approach it/do it differently if you had the opportunity again? We are thinking about starting one from scratch. Lots of work, and need money to get it started. Searched KZbin about building an RV park and that's how I came across your awesome channel.

SOLID question. Hard to put in a short answer, we should probably do a video on this. Yes, we would do it differently but we would hands down still get the same property again

We did an RV trip from Wisconsin to Badlands > Tetons > Yellowstone > Glacier in June. Your spot seems like it would have been a great overnight, albeit a touch out of the way. Cheers!
