Thanks so much for saying this I was gonna comment the same thing. I have chronic anxiety and have developed it worse over the years and people don’t understand that it’s different than being anxious occasionally. If you truly have anxiety everyday you live with overthinking, fear, depression and the feeling like someone is sitting on your chest and taking all of the air out of you 24/7. So many people who are just anxious claim they have anxiety and worrying about an upcoming test or job interview would make you anxious, while anxiety is living every second of every day feeling like the worldis ending, your hopeless, and you cant do anything to stop it. Sad reality

Thanks for posting this and I have chronic anxiety....I live with this every day! I was told by my father in law that if I would just get out of the house and DO things,I wouldn't have anxiety that I would basically GET OVER IT! It's not something you can just get over it's a disease like depression that I also suffer from I also have ptsd ect. It takes everything I have just to get in the car and go to the store.when a door shuts a jump ten feet off my bed I feel like someone is sitting on my chest all the time..when I get nervous my whole entire body shakes and then I go into panic mode I cry and I start feeling like I can't breathe then when I panic even more my vision gets blurry I feel faint..I take medicine for it but it doesn't help! I'm only 31 I can't drive anymore,it's hard for me to work,I fear EVERYTHING it's a constant struggle NOT to worry! My parents can't even leave me by myself and if they do I keep my cell in my hand with 911 on speed dial thinking something is going to happen..I can't sleep and when I do sleep I have nightmares. I mean I don't even feel normal anymore. I also want to be in a relationship again but I always tend to run everyone off..I'm shaking while writing this cause I'm thinking am I making sense to anyone? Should I have even write a comment I mean this is even giving me anxiety lol..But the funny part is I LOVE horror films and I LOVE doing theme parks stuff that you'd automatically think I'd be afraid of but doesn't faze me like wth is wrong with me:/ You know people don't realize how badly anxiety really can affect your life! Sometimes I feel unloved,nobody likes me,I'm just here to be here for no reason at all,I feel like I'm just in the way all the time. I feel like I'm a problem..there's things I've been through and I wonder if I deserve any of it.. There's so much I deal with meaning depression and anxiety that I haven't wrote on here but just know your not alone cuz this girl right here is a big fat mess!

I hate how people see sensitivity as a negative thing that needs to be “changed”. I’m a very sensitive person too and cry super easily but I’m learning to embrace it because it’s a unique quality that’s actually kind of beautiful. We don’t all need to be “tough”. How come “tough” people don’t feel pressure to become more sensitive? Yaaay) Its better to say the truth than hide it. I always think it’s so shocking to hear that none of these KZbin girls drink or smoke or anything. I know they are trying to put out a good image and a good example for the younger girls but I can never tell if they are being really honest. Like most of these girls seem like they wouldn’t do those things but you never know. I know some girls that went to my highschool that you would never expect doing those things- but they did.
