I just figured out I’m autistic last year, so I’m pretty new too! I liked what you said in response, I’ve definitely felt the “I keep failing, something is wrong with me.” Your tips were good (for me at least) I’ll probably rewatch this when I feel like I’m just a mess to help myself feel better!
