Having little tasks and eventually a personalized routine does make a difference, you're right! I don't like writing schedules, always thinking i can remember what i need to do, but this time I put effort into keeping a weekly planner and sticking it to it, and I put effort in this small task, and so far so good! I'm like wow, I can do this, it was in me all this time, I know I can do more! It really does help, so this was nice to hear.
