For your first KZbin video 👍 you did great, Love it ❤. You are one of the genuine people from loveisland and i saw it the first week on the show. Advice : As much as you are all about real estate(property), still grab other opportunities that present it self. Brand influencing is an easy way of making money, it's literally marketing. With your ig followers you can earn a living through that just make sure it's a reputable brand. Please don't say NO to brand deals (brand Ambassador, partnership collab or Ads). There are soo many property developers like Faye Winter who are doing both. Don't limit your self. ❤

When I was watching love island, Ekin and Davide were my favorite couple, and they still are. All the couples inside were against the two of them beacuse they knew who's gonna win.The only ones who were truly friends with EVERYONE were Andrew and Tasha. My boyfriend got somewhat of a rescue German Shepherd. His friend was selling 17 German Shepherd puppies that their dogs had had, but one of the puppies was getting attacked by the buyer's other dog, so the puppy got sent back. My boyfriend's family took the puppy in for free, because they wanted a dog since their last one died and the puppy needed a home. His name is Earnie and he is very clumsy.

Lovely video. Real estate in Dubai must be unlike anywhere else.... excited to see the future videos. I've also got a bum knee that means my running/hiking days are long gone. How do you keep in such good shape physically? I deal with a lot of stiffness and pain especially when it's colder. Have you ever used any type of knee brace? Thanks for your time.

I wish i had thought about doing up houses and selling on as a career, i am a roof slater to trade retired, and have worked all over australia and new zealand mainly stripping and re slating mostly churches and goverment buildings, as they where the only people who could afford slates on their roofs, as most roofs over there are either tiles or Corrugated sheets, which i obviously done as well, but i loved re roofing those old churches, many of them had been leaking for years as no one knew how to slate, roofers over there had no clue the slates where double nailed and needed a ripper and slate knife to extract broken slates and a slate knife to cut them. bell towers angeled valleys where a mystery to most aussie roofers lol, those slates i learned had came over to australia as ships ballast, and then used on new church buildings etc, last church i re roofed was in a town called lismore new south wales near the queensland border on a hill opp the courthouse, an amazing old church and had been leaking for tweny years they said, needless to say no one would take my money if i went into a pub for a beer and even the barber cut my hair for free pmsl as a gesture of thanks lovely people 🙂

I don't think he's landing the same pulling power for brand deals and appearances as the others. Thus makes sense why the move to going back to being essentially what we call an estate agent in the UK. My friend works over there selling flats and its really good money.
