Uhhh, as a surprise for your mom, buy 2 dozen grey wash clothes-look for the 12 packs. Anyway, get a handy basket to store them in and put it in an easy to get to space. Use those for the spills, they are grey so they won’t look gross. And then get her a couple new kitchen towels. She will love it. Signed, a mom who loves her pretty dish towels.
