Prerna , u and I were born 10 days apart. Interestingly when u moved to UK in 2022 Sep , I was waiting for my canadian study visa . After that I moved to Canada. Now i have finished my studies and now want to change carrer and go back to India. I am done , i missed everything there. Hopefully everything works for u here. My mom had jhaiyaan but i dint had after my pregnancy. It is caused by sun exposure but that's not the only reason but folid acid and vitamin b6 deficiency also is main cause. Nowdays doctor recommends to have folic acid supplement throughout pregnancy and initial 6 months of breastfeeding which helps in maintaining necessary levels and avoid jhaiyaan. Mummy ke time pe they didnt took supplements.

I never really resonated with the fact that “Har bacha apni kismat leke aata hai” but after giving birth to my baby I’ve begun to believe in this . Considering this a safe space I’m sharing that we had tones of financial crisis and we’re still recovering from it. In this tough time I got this good news I didn’t know how to react I was very happy and then when I realised we won’t be able to save enough like other parents are doing ( in my own family ) I was pretty sad and it took a toll on my mental health but slowly I got out of it To date were able to meet all requirements of my child, we don’t spend lavishly like we used to but haan life chal rahi hai Toh my child is our saviour now I feel my daughter is given to us by god in this hard time so that whenever I feel like crying her tears wash my sadness away. Her face as she sleep and she tires me like hell with all the household work and handling a child with in laws but still if she’s near me I feel sab badhiya hi hai❤ She’s my world and my true source of happiness ❤
