OMG thats so cool! I think it just has such a rich culture and an amazing history, and all videos i've seen of it look incredible and everyone says its a wonderful place :)

@@thatonecharlie Yes, and it also has a lot of capital punishments, oppressed women and a flawed state. So unless that is culturally rich enough for you, then I suppose a more appropriate country for a historical visit would be more right - unless you're going as a journalist of course to see what's under the rug in that demonized state.

@@Shrek-pu8uu Yeah, it's sad to see such a great country's reputation spoiled by it's government. Keep in mind though that the oppressive and corrupt government is not a reflection of the people of Iran. This is a government that repeatedly has abused the human rights of it's own people and uses corruption to stay in power - many, probably most, Iranians are just as eager to get rid of it as we in the west are to see it go!

Iran is a fantastic country to travel in - one of the best (I say this as a British uni student who lived/travelled there for a bit!)
